3. Chat Groups & Privacy

• Chat groups are city-based and managed by our system
• Users may join or leave their city group at any time
• Other members can only see your name and a small profile icon (DP)
• No phone number, email, or private details are visible in chat
• Messaging rules are enforced to maintain a respectful environment

4. SOS Feature

When the SOS feature is used, relevant information may be shared with authorized administrators for emergency assistance. SOS data is handled securely and used only for safety purposes.

5. Admin & Authorized Access

To ensure smooth operation and safety:

• City Admins and Super Admins may access user details only for management, verification, moderation, and legal compliance
• Access is strictly role-based and may be logged
• Admins are bound by confidentiality obligations

6. Marriage Profiles & Job Modules

• Marriage profiles and job-related data are submitted voluntarily
• Information is used only for matchmaking or recruitment-related purposes
• We do not sell or publicly expose this information
• Admin review may be required for approval and moderation

7. Meetings, Workshops & Events

• Registration details for online or offline meetings
• Attendance records
• Training participation information

This data is used only for event management and communication.
